For employers the register is a means of validating certification status - you drop off the list if &quot;out of certification&quot;. The qualification is gaining traction outsde the UK and I am led to believe there is a specific run on demand in China. I am interested to watch how the training market, and qualifications mix, shifts as the Agile methods gain traction.</description>
